The dining room and the kitchen are both well equipped. The dining room has double glass doors opening onto a small terrace with table and  chairs, and stunning views at the front down onto Tanera Mor. The dining table seats 8 when extended  or 6 without the extra leaf.  There is china, glassware and cutlery for 16.

The kitchen window looks out at the back up into the garden behind.

The kitchen has both an Aga and conventional electric oven, and a fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The sitting room has two sofas and an easy chair (extra seat is on its way!). There is a 40’ Sony LCD television with DVD player and and i-pod player (complete with ipod if you don’t bring your own). The real coal fire is very welcoming after a day on the hills.

The study has a well stocked book shelf, plus computer with broadband connection (there is a wireless router as well in case you bring a  laptop). The study has a sofa for quiet escape!

There are both a bathroom and a shower room, each with a lavatory.

The entrance porch has room to hang outside clothes, and (not shown) there is a utility room with separate washer and drier, and a drying rack for hanging wet clothes

The beds are very comfortable, with top quality cotton sheets and duvet covers. There are two double beds (one 6’ wide and the other 5’6”), two 3’ single beds and two full size bunk beds. Apart from the bunk beds all are Vi-Spring and designed for a good night's rest after a day on the hills.  There is also a fold away baby's cot.
